Karl Trimble, MD

Dr. Trimble is a board certified dermatologist and board certified Mohs surgeon. He has had a life-long passion for health and wellness that provided a natural segue for him to pursue a career in medicine. Following his dermatologic training, he served as a dermatologist in the United States Air Force prior to starting his own practice in St. George to serve the Southern Utah Community. For Dr. Trimble, this meant returning to a beloved area where he had attended Southern Utah University and Dixie College, where he graduated as valedictorian.

McCall Miller, PA-C

McCall has always had a passion for medicine. During her undergraduate education, she worked as a medical assistant in dermatology, where she developed a love of the specialty. She further developed that love and knowledge during her education as a physician assistant, and is excited to be returning to Utah to serve the community of St. George.

Sophia Wei, FNP-BC, NP-C

Sophia is dual board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Sophia was educated in China, Thailand, and the US. She received her MBA from Stamford International University in Bangkok, Thailand, and then pursued her interest in nursing, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University.

Sophia has worked as a registered nurse primarily in acute care settings. While working full-time as a travel nurse, Sophia earned her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner with honors from Northern Arizona University.

Sophia has a true passion for dermatology. Her warm and welcoming nature, combined with extraordinary medical skills has given her an edge to serve her patients as a dedicated practitioner. Sophia is involved in the entire continuum of care of Dr. Trimble's patients and assists him with treatments and surgeries. She is very excited to be a member of the Dixie Dermatology team and values the opportunity to contribute to Dixie Dermatology as she grows her professional practice in dermatology.

Sophia is bilingual in English and Mandarin. She thoroughly enjoys learning about new cultures and has traveled to Thailand, Bahrain, France, UK, Australia, Italy, Japan, and Spain. Her favorite places are Chiangmai, Hana, and Guilin.
