Dr. Karl Trimble is a board-certified dermatologist with extensive training and experience in dermatology and dermatologic surgery. He is committed to providing excellent dermatologic care to his patients while focusing on skin cancers and other diseases of the skin.

Dr. Trimble attended Dixie State College, where he graduated as valedictorian. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah. Dr. Trimble went on to attend medical school and earned a Medical Degree at the West Virginia School of Medicine from 1988 to 1992 while simultaneously serving in the United States Airforce. Additionally, he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed two consecutive residencies at West Virginia University Hospital in internal medicine and dermatology.

Following his dermatology residency in West Virginia, Dr. Trimble worked as a dermatologist at Nellis Airforce Base in Las Vegas, Nevada while fulfilling his active-duty commitment to the U.S Air Force. Dr. Trimble always had a love for Southern Utah and Sunny St. George. In 2005, he moved to St. George and opened Dixie Dermatology where he continues to offer excellent dermatologic care to the wonderful people of Southern Utah.

In his free time, Dr. Trimble enjoys spending time outdoors. He loves spending time with his two beautiful daughters.
